Issue #12: The Gratitude Project – November/December 2014

Our final issue of the 2014 calendar year, “The Gratitude Project” is named for our social media campaign that springboarded off of the Thanksgiving holiday. We challenged our readers to use #GratitudeProject and send tweets of thankfulness out to the hardworking video game developers of the world – the people who make our favorite pastime possible! Five lucky readers who participated in the project were rewarded with free Amiibo figurines!

Speaking of Amiibo, a complete launch guide for the new toys-to-life line was included in this issue as well, along with a focus on Super Smash Bros. as we reviewed both the 3DS and Wii U editions of the new fighting sequel.

Please note that while the issue declares “Free Poster Inside!” on its cover, that was true for its original print run only. Sadly, the poster is no longer a part of this issue when it’s produced via print-on-demand!
